From Buyer to VP, Dianna scaled BJ's Restaurants' supply chain from 50 to 200+ locations - procurement systems, supplier strategies, and operational structure.

Before that, she built sourcing discipline from the ground up at Hilton Hotels. That hands-on experience is the foundation Rooted North Group is built on.

Rooted North Group was started because too many businesses are operating without the structure they need to run efficiently, compete effectively, and grow on their own terms. That's a solvable problem.
